| Abstract: | Рассматриваются направления и особенности исследования истории белорусской милиции в советский период. Отмечается, что начало системного исследования истории советской милиции в целом, и белорусской милиции, в частности, связано с формированием сети ведомственных учреждений высшего образования. На территории БССР таким учреждением образования стала Минская высшая школа МВД СССР. При этом специфика деятельности органов милиции и проводимая в советском государстве историографическая политика оказали влияние на присвоение большинству работ по истории милиции с ограничительного грифа |
| Abstract (in another language): | The directions and features of the study of the history of the Belarusian militia in the Soviet period are considered. It is noted that the beginning of a systematic study of the history of the Soviet militia in general, and the Belarusian militia in particular, is associated with the formation of a network of departmental institutions of higher education. On the territory of the BSSR, such an educational institution was the Minsk Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. At the same time, the specifics of the activities of the militia bodies and the historical policy pursued in the Soviet state influenced the assignment of most works on the history of the militia with a stamp for official use |
