Abstract: During 2010-2012 we have studied the problem of automation of management of the enterprises of public catering. Lines of automation at the enterprises of public nutrition are: book-keeping, storage, kitchen/shop. Subject of research of a selected set of goals in document management in production, accounting for basic operations of the movement of inventory in the units of Accounting«, «Warehouse», «Kitchen».
