| Abstract: | Прослеживаются основные этапы развития сферы дополнительного профессионального образования, отмечаются характерные черты его организации в прошлом, а также выявляются перспективные направления развития дополнительного профессионального образования. Устанавливаются основные принципы, на которых базируется российское дополнительное профессиональное образование, обозначаются формы и форматы современного обеспечения качества дополнительного профессионального образования, очерчивается круг типичных проблем, возникающих в процессе реализации его задач и функций. Определяются перспективы развития дополнительного профессионального образования с учетом новейших тенденций в данной области российской образовательной системы. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article traces the main stages of development of additional professional education, highlights the charac teristic features of its organisation in the past, and identifjes promising areas for the development of additional professional education. It establishes the fundamental principles on which Russian additional professional education is based, identifjes the forms and formats of modern quality assurance in additional professional education, and outlines a range of typical problems arising in the process of implementing its objectives and functions. Prospects for the development of additional professional education are determined, taking into account the latest trends in this area of the Russian educational system. |
