| Abstract: | Обсуждаются возможности и перспективы обновления контингента исследователей, имеющих ученые степени в области педагогических наук. Рассматриваются тенденции развития отрасли педагогических наук в период с 2021 по 2025 г. Отмечается, что в этот период профессиональную карьеру ученого выбирали меньшее число исследователей, чем в прошлые годы. В то же время доля защит диссертаций, по результатам которых ученая степень не была присуждена, остается стабильной. Обосновывается значимость и проводится анализ причин принятия отрицательных решений по педагогическим диссертациям, учет которых аспирантами и их научными руководителями может способствовать перспективному снижению данного показателя. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses the possibilities and prospects for renewing the pool of researchers holding academic degrees in pedagogical sciences. Development trends in the pedagogical field of science from 2021 to 2025 are examined. It is noted that during this period, fewer researchers are choosing a professional career as an academic than in previous years. Meanwhile, the proportion of dissertation defenses that do not result in an academic degree remains stable. The significance of negative decisions on pedagogical dissertations is substantiated and the reasons for these decisions are analyzed. Taking these into account by graduate students and their supervisors could contribute to a longterm reduction in this indicator. |
