| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается трансформация античного мифа о лабиринте и Минотавре, представленная в романе Анри Бошо «Эдип, путник» (1990). Миф о лабиринте в художественном пространстве романа символизирует не только движение в пространстве, он всеобъемлющ: лабиринт становится обозначением жизненного пути героя, ментального «блуждания» среди порывов страсти и поиска разумного выхода. Путь в лабиринте и победа над чудовищем – победа над самим собой, своими страстями и желаниями, инициация, которую необходимо пройти Эдипу, чтобы обрести свой путь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the transformation of the ancient myth of the labyrinth and the Minotaur, presented in Henry Bauchau's novel «Oedipus on the road» (1990). The myth of the labyrinth in the artistic space of the novel symbolizes not only movement in space, it is all-encompassing: the labyrinth becomes a designation of the hero's life path, mental "wandering" among the impulses of passion and the search for a reasonable exit. The path through the labyrinth and the victory over the monster is a victory over oneself, one's passions and desires, an initiation that Oedipus must undergo in order to find his way |
