| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается процесс цифровой трансформации высшего образования в Республике Беларусь. Анализируются традиционные методы обучения, их эволюция в условиях цифровизации, а также основные вызовы и перспективы внедрения цифровых технологий. Особое внимание уделено программам цифрового образования, включая государственные инициативы, такие как Республиканская информационно-образовательная среда (РИОС) и проект цифрового университета. Обсуждаются ключевые проблемы и вызовы, связанные с недостаточной скоростью адаптации нормативно-правовой базы, уровню цифровой компетентности преподавателей и студентов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the process of digital transformation in higher education in the Republic of Belarus. It analyzes traditional teaching methods, their evolution in the context of digitalization, as well as the main challenges and prospects of implementing digital technologies. Special attention is given to digital education programs, including government initiatives such as the Republican Information and Education Environment (RIOE) and the digital university project. Key issues and challenges are discussed, including the insufficient speed of legislative adaptation, the level of digital competence of educators and students |
