| Abstract: | При моделировании деятельности менеджера исходными моментами являются определение стратегии развития, цели деятельности, показателей эффективности функционирования, которые позволяют сформулировать алгоритм реализации жизненно важных экономических интересов предприятия. При возможных различиях подходов к организации работы и противоположных интересах в условиях национальной экономики возможна единонаправленность действий субъектов хозяйствования, которая обеспечивается формулировкой национальных интересов в Концепции национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | When modeling the activity of a manager, the starting points are the definition of a development strategy, the purpose of the activity, and performance indicators that allow us to formulate an algorithm for the implementation of vital economic interests of the enterprise. With possible differences in approaches to the organization of work and opposite interests in the conditions of the national economy, it is possible that the actions of business entities are unidirectional, which is ensured by the formulation of national interests in the Concept of National Security of the Republic of Belarus |
