| Abstract: | В постинформационном обществе функция управления персоналом становится одной из главных в управлении организацией, поскольку цифровая трансформация предприятия предполагает не только внедрение отдельных технологий и перепроектирование процессов, но и изменение культуры организации, компетенций и менталитета сотрудников. В статье рассматриваются возможности, которые дает организациям цифровая трансформация, анализируется положительное и отрицательное влияние цифровизации на персонал, предлагаются методы и приемы повышения вовлеченности сотрудников в условиях цифровой трансформации |
| Abstract (in another language): | In a post-information society, the function of personnel management becomes one of the main functions in the management of an organization, since the digital transformation of an enterprise involves not only the introduction of individual technologies and redesign of processes, but also a change in the culture of the organization, competencies and mentality of employees. The article discusses the opportunities that digital transformation gives organizations, analyzes the positive and negative impact of digitalization on staff, and proposes methods and techniques for increasing employee engagement in the context of digital transformation |
