| Abstract: | В научной статье представлены результаты исследования личностных особенностей будущих руководителей в контексте типологии Майерс-Бриггс – Д. Кейрси и их взаимосвязи с академической успеваемостью. Проведен сравнительный анализ распределения типов темпераментов (в рамках концепции Д. Кейрси) у студентов разного пола и специализации. Установлено, что для более 70 % студентов, обучающихся в Институте бизнеса БГУ характерны такие типы темпераментов как SJ (44 %) и SP (33 %). В ходе эмпирического исследования не было выявлено различий в успеваемости студентов, относящимся к разным психологическим типам в зависимости от пола. Выявлено, что наиболее высокие показатели в области академической успеваемости принадлежат студентам, у которых выражены такие типы темперамента как SP и NT. Установлена положительная взаимосвязь между сенсорной функцией и успеваемостью студентов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The scientific article presents the results of research of personal characteristics of future managers in the context of Myers-Briggs – D. Keirsey typology and their relationship to academic achievement. The comparative analysis of the distribution of types of temperaments (within the framework of the D. Keirsey concept) in students of different gender and specialization was conducted. It has been found that more than 70 % of students studying at the School of Business of BSU are characterized by such temperaments as SJ (44 %) and SP (33 %). The empirical study found no gender-based differences in student performance. It is revealed that the highest indicators in the field of successful activity belong to students with such temperament types as SP and NT |
