| Abstract: | В настоящей статье проведен анализ внутренней и внешней среды предприятия, а также анализ ключевых направлений стратегического развития предприятия ООО «Атташе-Премиум». Полученные выводы позволили сформулировать ряд рекомендаций, применение которых позволит скорректировать стратегию с учетом зон стратегии развития компании и цепочки целей, и в конечном итоге повысить лояльность целевой аудитории, расширить рынок сбыта и в целом повысить эффективность деятельности |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article contains an analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, as well as an analysis of the key directions of strategic development of the enterprise Attache-Premium LLC. The findings made it possible to formulate a number of recommendations, the application of which will allow us to adjust the strategy taking into account the areas of the company’s development strategy and chain of goals, and ultimately increase the loyalty of the target audience, expand the sales market and generally improve business efficiency |
