Блоги – порождение информационной революции, размножились как со скоростью вируса, от которого у миллионов потребителей информации нет иммунитета, а у государства – вакцины. Blogs, a product of the information revolution, have multiplied at the speed of a virus, against which millions of information consumers have no immunity, and the state has no vaccine.
