| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются сущность и организационно-педагогические условия диферсификации форм и содержания повышения квалификации педагогических работников. Проблема заключается в несоответствии образовательной значимости диверсификации и возможностей ее практической реализации. Исследование проводилось с целью выявления механизмов обеспечения вариативности форм и содержания повышения квалификации педагогов. Ценность полученных результатов состоит в выявлении условий успешной деятельности андрагогов по диверсификации обучения. Новизна публикации заключается в описании совокупности конкретных педагогических действий по созданию необходимых условий, обеспечивающих практику диверсификации обучения |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the essence and organizational and pedagogical conditions of the diversification of the forms and content of the professional development of the teaching staff. The problem lies in the discrepancy between the educational value of the diversification and the provisions for its practical realization. The research is aimed at the identification of the mechanisms to insure the variability of the forms and content of the professional development of the teaching staff. The significance of the results of the research is in the identification of the conditions for the successful work of specialists in teaching adults to diversify their activities. The novelty of the publication is in the description of teaching actions to create the conditions for the diversification of education of adults |
