| Abstract: | В научной статье рассматривается вопрос о влиянии особенностей внутренней мотивации на успешность учебной деятельности студентов. Приводится краткое описание теории самодетерминации Э. Деси и Р. Райана о трех врожденных базовых потребностях – в автономии, компетентности и связанности. Раскрыты особенности развития базовых потребностей студентов. Уточнены половые различия в успешности учебной деятельности и степени выраженности базовых потребностей у юношей и девушек. Основное содержание статьи составляет определение наличия взаимосвязи особенностей самодетерминации личности и успешности учебной деятельности студентов, обучающихся по специальности «Управление информационными ресурсами». Установлено, что существует прямая корреляционная взаимосвязь между потребностью в автономии и академической успеваемостью студентов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The scientific article deals with the issue of the influence of the characteristics of internal motivation on the success of students’ educational activities. A brief description of the theory of self-determination by E. Desi and R. Ryan about three innate basic needs – autonomy, competence and connectedness is given. The features of the development of the basic needs of students are revealed. Gender differences in the success of educational activities and the degree of expression of basic needs in boys and girls are clarified. The main content of the article is the determination of the presence of the relationship between the features of self-determination of the individual and the success of the educational activities of students studying in the specialty «Information Resource Management». It has been established that there is a direct correlation between the need for autonomy and the academic performance of students |
