| Abstract: | Целью данной работы является рассмотрение вопросов организация творческого коллектива преподавателей, основанного на реализации индивидуального и коллективного интеллекта. Рассматривается концепция коллективного интеллекта в создании новых подходов с общим педагогическим значением, что предполагает организацию такой школы общества знаний, которую можно назвать «обучающимся обществом», зависящим от индивидуального вклада каждого преподавателя в коллективный образовательный продукт. Понятию многоаспектного профессионализма присуще предположение, что анализ работы преподавателей сам по себе должен быть многомерным. Подчеркивается, что реализация концепции многоаспектного профессионализма предполагает работу преподавательского состава над укреплением междисциплинарных и межвузовских связей, а также над дальнейшей разработкой заданий инновационного и творческого характера. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of this work is to consider the issues of organizing a creative team of teachers based on the implementation of individual and collective intelligence. The concept of collective intelligence in the creation of new approaches with a general pedagogical value is considered, which involves the organization of such a school of knowledge society, which can be called a «learning society», depending on the individual contribution of each teacher to the collective educational product. Inherent in the notion of multidimensional professionalism is the assumption that the analysis of teachers’ performance itself must be multidimensional. It is emphasized that the implementation of the concept of multidimensional professionalism involves the work of the teaching staff to strengthen interdisciplinary and interuniversity ties, as well as to further develop tasks of an innovative and creative nature. |
