Определена динамика преобладающего уровня лидерской компетентности у студентов экспериментальной и контрольной групп. Проведен анализ результатов развития компонентов лидерской компетентности студентов на входном и итоговом контроле. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article describes the control stage of the experimental work on the formation of leadership competence among students in the conditions of student self-government. The dynamics of the prevailing level of leadership competence among students of the experimental and control groups is determined; the analysis of the results of the development of components of leadership competence of students at the entrance and final control is carried out. |
