| Abstract: | Статья посвящена краткому историографическому обзору проблемного поля изучения местного военного самоуправления на территории Беларуси 2-ой половины XIX в. Проблема местного военного самоуправления рассматривается через призму исследований, посвященных не только Виленскому военному округу, но и в контексте исследований местного самоуправления и реформ военно-окружной системы, проводимых в 1860–1870-х гг., органов государственной власти на территории Беларуси во 2-й половине XIX в. В статье затрагивается 3 основных этапа изучения данного вопроса в историографии: 1) исследования дореволюционных авторов; 2) советская историография; 3) постсоветская историография (белорусская и российская) |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to a short historiographic review of the problematic field of the study of local military self-government on the territory of Belarus in the 2nd half of the 19th century. The problem of local military self-government is considered through the prism of research devoted not only to the Vilnius military district, but also in the context of research on local self-government and the reform of the military district system carried out in the 1860s–1870s, of state authorities on the territory of Belarus in the 2nd half XIX century. The article touches on 3 main stages of studying this issue in historiography: 1) Research by prerevolutionary authors; 2) Soviet historiography; 3) post-Soviet historiography (Belarusian and Russian) |
