Раскрывается понятие «цифровая трансформация» и её роль. Описывается функция использования цифровых технологий в системе управления персоналом. Определяется зависимость управленческих решений от других понятий. Приводятся примеры форм, способствующих актуализации цифровых технологий |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article analyzes the importance of personnel in the digital development of an enterprise. The focus is on the core challenge of the digital economy. The concept of «digital transformation» and its role are revealed. The function of using digital technologies in the personnel management system is described. The dependence of management decisions on other concepts is determined. Examples of forms that contribute to the actualization of digital technologies are given |
