| Abstract: | Статья посвящена ключевым понятиям кластерного развития, исследованию значимости кластеров для повышения конкурентоспособности национальной и региональной экономики, изучению кластерных политик, применяемых странами – участницами ЕАЭС, и обзору их кластерного потенциала. Показано, что развитие кластеров способствует расширению возможностей и положительному мультипликационному эффекту для экономики. При этом, в контексте стран – участниц ЕАЭС, кластерное развитие приобретает дополнительное значение. Обширные, зачастую неосвоенные территории, отсутствие развитых транспортных коридоров и принадлежность большинства из них к «внутриконтинентальным развивающимся странам» являются особенностью геоэкономического развития государств – участников ЕАЭС. Сделано заключение о том, что исследование процесса создания и формирования кластеров особенно актуально в нынешних условиях экономического кризиса, вызванных пандемией «Covid-19», когда необходим поиск новых форм организации и самоорганизации бизнеса, содействующим равномерному экономическому и социальному развитию стран и повышению их конкурентоспособности через создание новых центров роста. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the key concepts of cluster development, the study of the importance of clusters to increase the competitiveness of the national and regional economies, the study of cluster policies applied by the EAEU member countries, and a review of their cluster potential. It is shown that the development of clusters contributes to the expansion of opportunities and a positive animated effect for the economy. At the same time in the context of the EAEU member countries cluster development takes on additional significance. Often undeveloped territories, the lack of developed transport corridors and the majority of them belonging to “intracontinental developing countries” are a feature of the geoeconomic development of the EAEU member states. It is concluded that the study of the process of creating and forming clusters is especially relevant in the current conditions of the economic crisis, when it is necessary to search for new forms of organization and self-organization of business that contribute to the uniform economic and social development of countries and increase their competitiveness through the creation of new growth centers. |
