| Abstract: | В данной статье рассматриваются тенденции организации общественного питания в странах европейского региона, описываются особенности и нововведения при организации обслуживания. Целью работы является определение уровня развития организации общественного питания в странах европейского региона. Применялись следующие методы исследования: сравнение, обобщение, наблюдение, опрос. Новизна основывается на рассмотрении малоизученных в отечественной практике вопросов, связанных с развитием организации общественного питания |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses the trends of catering in the countries of the European macroregion, describes the peculiarities and innovations in the organization of services. European macro-region is the subject of the study. The subject of the study is the organization of catering. The aim of the work is to determine the level of development of catering in the countries of the European macro-region. The following methods were used in the research: comparison, generalization, observation, survey. The novelty is based on the consideration of issues little learned in domestic practice related to the development of the organization of public catering |
