| Abstract: | Основное внимание уделяется условиям организации бизнеса на основе применения информационных систем с учетом зарубежного опыта и российской практики. Описаны принципы, задачи использования CRM-систем. Внедрение CRM-системы выводит организацию на новый уровень работы и качества обслуживания клиентов. Для эффективного и успешного внедрения необходимо учитывать множество факторов. Процесс внедрения всегда затрагивает клиентов организации, поэтому важно четко определить потребности компании (какие задачи должна решать CRM-система) и детально спланировать весь процесс |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article is devoted to the conditions for organizing a business based on the use of information systems, taking into account foreign experience and Russian practice. The principles and tasks of using CRM systems are described. The implementation of the CRM system takes the organization to a new level of work and customer service. For effective and successful implementation, many factors must be considered. The implementation process always affects the customers of the organization, therefore it is important to clearly define the needs of the company (what tasks the CRM system should solve) and plan the entire process in detail |
