| Abstract: | В рамках теории социального действия Макса Вебера построена эмпирическая типология мотивов студентов инженерных специальностей в отношении занятия предпринимательством. Наиболее перспективные и востребованные мотивы связаны с наращиванием социально-профессиональной самодостаточности и развитием коммуникативных качеств в структуре предпринимательских компетенций. Подтверждена гипотеза о том, что опыт предпринимательской деятельности родителей выступает предпосылкой повышения уровня предприимчивости детей, развития креативности их мышления, увеличения склонности к занятию предпринимательством. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The empirical typology of motives of engineering students in terms of entrepreneurship was created in the framework of the Max Weber social action theory. The most perspective and sought-after motives are connected with accumulation of socio-professional self-sufficiency and development of communicative qualities in structure of entrepreneurial competencies. The hypothesis that the experience of entrepreneurial activity of parents is a prerequisite for increasing the level of initiatives of children, the development of creativity of their thinking, increasing the propensity to engage in entrepreneurship is confirmed. |
