| Abstract: | A single-server queueing system with a batch Markovian arrival process (BMAP) and MMAP-input of disasters and two operation modes is considered. Arrival of disaster causes all customers to leave the system instantaneously. The embedded and arbitrary time station-ary queue length distributions and performance characteristics are obtained. |
