Диалогические закономерности взаимопонимания в интервью

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the process of understanding in research interviews (in- depth and semi-structured). The interview is viewed as a complex practice, in which the examined meanings are co-constructed in the process of the interaction between the interviewer and the informant. The processes of mutual understanding are interactively mediated; they develop in accordance with the local conversational regularities. The analysis of different conversational strategies and their effectiveness in the development of mutual understanding is accomplished in the article. Cooperative strategies directed to the support of the informant as well as the strategies of confrontation are described. = В статье рассматриваются особенности процесса взаимопонимания в исследовательских интервью (глубинных и полуструктурированных). Интервью рассматривается как сложная практика, в которой исследуемые значения со-конструируются интервьюером и информантом, а процессы взаимопонимания интерактивно обусловлены и развиваются сообразно локальным закономерностям разговора. В статье осуществлен анализ различных стратегий разговора, их эффективность в развитии взаимопонимания. Выделяются как кооперативные стратегии, направленные на поддержку информанта, так и стратегии конфронтации.
