| Abstract: | We consider the multi-server queueing system of the MAP/PH/N type with preliminary heating of the servers that are idle at a customer arrival epoch and broadcasting service discipline which assumes that the customer is served by all free servers. The key performance measures of the system and steady state distribution of the underlying multidimensional Markov chain are computed. |
