Abstract: In the last decade both the public and private sector have been showing a growing interest in incorporating social responsibility activities in their strategies. The literature review shows that is multidimensional, complex and difficult to measure. Therefore, this research aims to measure the significance for consumers and that CSR has allocated and expected actions of the various organizations in this field.
