Abstract: The article under consideration is dedicated to the issue of marketing organization at the company dealing in build- ing materials such as PI-pipes. The problem solving requires in-depth studies to determine priority areas of the com- pany's activities, to assess the market competitiveness and positioning, to analyze the business portfolio and the industry 436 attractiveness etc. As a result of this intensive research the authors present the project of marketing organization at the company and the long-term strategy for its future development.
