| Abstract: | Дается определение понятия «организационная культура»; рассматриваются ее структура, уровни, способы изучения и различия между понятиями «культура организации» и «организационная культура»; определяется роль психолога в исследованиях организационной культуры. The article determines the term «organizational culture», considers its structure, levels and ways of studying and differentiating the terms «culture of organization» and «organizational culture». It also determines the role of a psychologist in the investigation of an organizational culture. |
