| Abstract: | The definition of specialists with high leadership and business potential is given in the article. The review of established assessment procedures is given. In addition, the author shows possibilities of using sociological methods for identification of employees with high leadership and business potential. = Дается определение понятия сотрудников с высоким потенциалом лидерских и деловых качеств. Проводится обзор сложившихся оценочных процедур, и раскрываются возможности применения социологических методов для выявления сотрудников такого типа. |
