| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу роли IT-проектов и технологических инноваций в развитии человеческого капитала в условиях цифровой экономики. Рассматриваются ключевые механизмы интеграции технологий и инноваций в рабочие процессы, влияющие на формирование цифровых компетенций, креативного мышления и управленческих навыков сотрудников. Выявлены основные проблемы, возникающие при цифровизации: неравномерность цифровой грамотности, социально-экономическое неравенство, отставание образовательных программ и риски чрезмерной технологической зависимости |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper analyzes the role of IT projects and technological innovations in the development of human capital in the digital economy. The key mechanisms for integrating technology and innovation into work processes that influence the formation of digital competencies, creative thinking and managerial skills of employees are considered. The main problems that arise during digitalization are identified: uneven digital literacy, socio-economic inequality, lagging educational programs and the risks of excessive technological dependence |
