| Abstract: | В данной статье анализируется влияние цифровизации и технологий искусственного интеллекта на управление персоналом, акцентируя внимание на изучении логики работы генерации, дополненной поиском (RAG). Анализ показал, что внедрение RAG позволяет обрабатывать большие объёмы данных и учитывать контекст, что создает новые возможности для управления персоналом и его карьерой. Рассмотрены ключевые этапы внедрения и механизмы работы технологии, обеспечивающие переход к адаптивным цифровым экосистемам и повышающие эффективность процессов управления персоналом |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article analyzes the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies on personnel management, focusing on the study of the logic of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). The analysis showed that the implementation of RAG allows companies to process large amounts of data and take into account the context, which creates new opportunities for personnel management and career planning. The key stages of implementation and mechanisms of technology operation are considered, ensuring the transition to adaptive digital ecosystems and increasing the efficiency of personnel management processes |
