| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается правовая и историческая преемственность и новизна конституционных преобразований, их содержание и особенности. Особое внимание уделяется последним конституционном реформам в Республике Беларусь, Российской Федерации, Кыргызской Республики и других странах. Проведенные конституционные реформы не ограничиваются только собственно конституционным текстом, они сопровождаются значительными изменениями в законодательстве, на что акцентируется внимание. В результате исследования сделан вывод о том, что стремительно меняющийся мир влечет за собой необходимость включения в конституции новых компонентов, институтов, опирающихся на фундамент достижений прошлого |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the legal and historical continuity and novelty of constitutional reforms, their content and features. Particular attention is paid to the latest constitutional reforms in the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic and other countries. The constitutional reforms carried out are not limited only to the constitutional text itself, they are accompanied by significant changes in legislation, which is the focus of attention. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the rapidly changing world entails the need to include new components and institutions in the constitution, based on the foundation of the achievements of the past. |
