| Abstract: | В работе проанализировано текущее состояние правового регулирования электронной торговли в некоторых странах СНГ. Приведены нормативные правовые акты государственного регулирования электронной торговли в Республике Беларусь. Предложено и обосновано принятие специального Закона Республики Беларусь «Об электронной торговле», показана его структура. Также предложено разработать Стратегию развития электронной торговли в Республике Беларусь на 2020–2025 годы. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper analyzes the current state of the legal regulation of electronic commerce in some countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Normative legal acts of state regulation of electronic commerce in the Republic of Belarus are given. It is proposed and justified the adoption of a special law of the Republic of Belarus «On electronic commerce», and its structure is shown. It is also proposed to develop the Strategy for the Development of Electronic Commerce in the Republic of Belarus for 2019–2025. |
