| Abstract: | Одним из приоритетных направлений внедрения технологий в жизнь общества и цифровой трансформации страны в целом является построение, развитие и функционирование «умных городов», основанных на внедрении передовых ИТ-решений в жизнь города. Реализация соответствующих комплексных мер не только улучшает конкурентоспособность страны и инвестиционный климат, но и способствует повышению уровня и качества жизни людей. В связи с тем, что Республика Беларусь сравнительно недавно начала развивать «умные города», в статье исследованы модели построения «умных городов» исходя из применимого мирового опыта, включая европейский и азиатский. С учетом результатов проведенного анализа приведены предложения о развитии правового регулирования Республики Беларусь в рамках механизма государственно-частного партнерства. |
| Abstract (in another language): | One of the priority areas for the introduction of technologies into the life of society, the digital transformation of the country as a whole, is the construction, development and functioning of «smart cities» based on the introduction of advanced IT solutions in the life of the city. The implementation of appropriate comprehensive measures not only improves the country’s competitiveness and investment climate, but also contributes to an increase in the level and quality of life of people.
