| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются особенности процесса сопряжения интеграционных процессов в рамках ЕАЭС и инициативы КНР «Один пояс, один путь». В исторической ретроспективе представлены основные документы, регламентирующие связанность целей проектов. Приведены примеры практического взаимодействия в формате ЕАЭС – «Один пояс, один путь». Обозначены последствия санкционного давления коллективного Запада для усиления интеграции между странами-членами ЕАЭС и КНР. В качестве результата показаны перспективы стратегического сопряжения интеграционных процессов в рамках ЕАЭС и инициативы КНР «Один пояс, один путь». Анализ двусторонних документов позволяет сделать вывод о наличии институциональной и проектной базы для координации интеграции (в транспортно-логистической, энергетической и инвестиционной сферах). Приведенные примеры практического взаимодействия демонстрируют, что совместные инициативы способны ускорять модернизацию транспортной инфраструктуры и расширять транзитные возможности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the specifics of the process of coupling integration processes within the framework of the EAEU and the PRC's Belt and Road initiative. In historical retrospect, the main documents regulating the coherence of project goals are presented. The article also provides examples of practical cooperation between the EAEU and Belt and Road initiative. The consequences of the sanctions pressure of the collective West for strengthening integration between the EAEU member states and China are outlined. As a result, the prospects for strategic alignment of integration processes within the EAEU and China's Belt and Road initiative have been demonstrated. An analysis of bilateral documents suggests the existence of an institutional and project-based framework for coordinating integration (in the transport, logistics, energy, and investment sectors). These examples of practical cooperation demonstrate that joint initiatives can accelerate the modernization of transport infrastructure and expand transit opportunities |
