| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются вопросы достойного труда в Республике Беларусь. Анализируются белорусское законодательство и документы Международной организации труда. Отмечены основные направления обеспечения права на достойный труд в контексте подходов МОТ. Высказано предложение о разработке и принятии на уровне Правительства Республики Беларусь Концепции обеспечения занятости и достойного труда, рассчитанной до 2030 года. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the issues of decent work in the Republic of Belarus. The Belarusian legislation and acts of the International Labour Organization are analyzed. The main directions of ensuring the right to decent work in the context of the ILO approaches are noted. A proposal was made to develop and adopt at the Government of the Republic of Belarus level a Concept designed to ensure employment and decent work until 2030. |
