| Abstract: | Рассматриваются вопросы использования информационных технологий при осуществлении трудовой деятельности в различных сферах общественной жизни. Подчеркивается, что ИКТ существенно меняют качество трудовой деятельности, делают его более производительным, способствуют реализации права на достойный труд. Указывается, что распространение и использование ИКТ в структуре занятости играет как положительную, так и отрицательную роль. Обосновывается разумность идеи определения стратегии потребности в кадрах на ближайшие 10–15 лет, что должно влиять на структуру подготовки в высших и средних специальных учебных заведениях. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the use of information technologies in the implementation of labor activities in various spheres of public life. It is emphasized that ICTs significantly change the quality of labor activity, make it more productive, contribute to the realization of the right to decent work. It is emphasized that the dissemination and use of ICTs in the structure of employment plays both positive and negative roles. The reasonableness of the idea of determining the strategy of personnel requirements for the next 10-15 years, which should influence the structure of training in higher and secondary special educational institutions, is substantiated. |
