| Abstract: | В статье анализируется динамика развития конституционных норм, закрепляющих правовой статус Конституционного Суда. Отмечено стремление Белорусского государства содействовать развитию судебного конституционного контроля. Обращено внимание на новеллы, которые появились в Конституции по итогам референдума, состоявшегося 27 февраля 2022 года. Высказаны авторские суждения относительно возможных направлений реализации конституционных норм в текущем законодательстве. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the dynamics of the development of constitutional norms that consolidate the legal status of the Constitutional Court. The desire of the Belarusian state to promote the development of judicial constitutional control was noted. Attention is drawn to the novelties that appeared in the Constitution following the results of the referendum held on February 27, 2022. The author’s judgments on possible directions of implementation of constitutional norms in the current legislation are expressed. |
