Отмечено, что человек является основным субъектом правовых отношений. Подчеркнута значимость модернизации Конституции для человека как субъекта права. Предложено начать разработку системы социального рейтинга для всех государственных служащих и должностных лиц в целом. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to some aspects of the legal status of man and citizen at the present stage. The correlation of legal and social spaces is reflected. It is noted that a person is the main subject of legal relations. The significance of modernization of the Constitution for a person as a subject of law is emphasized. It is suggested to start development of the system of social rating for all state officers and officials in general. |
