| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу таких явлений, как юридические обязанности, социальная ответственность каждого. Проведена классификация юридических обязанностей, отражена их роль в динамичном развитии государства и общества. Подчеркнута необходимость использования потенциала всего спектра субъектов правовых отношений, а именно надлежащее исполнение ими своих обязанностей. Обращено внимание на важность консолидации общества в сложный период развития государства. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of such phenomena as legal duties, social responsibility of everyone. The classification of legal duties is carried out, their role in the dynamic development of the state and society is reflected. The necessity of using the potential of the whole range of subjects of legal relations, having in mind the proper fulfillment of their duties, is emphasized. Attention is paid to the importance of consolidation of society in a difficult period of state development. |
