| Abstract: | В статье анализируются конституционноправовые отношения с участием таких субъектов, как народ, нация, государство, государственные органы, в том числе Президент, Всебелорусское народное собрание, Парламент, Конституционный Суд. Обращается внимание на проблемные вопросы, которые нуждаются, на взгляд автора, в разрешении на уровне принятия законодательных актов или формирования правоприменительной практики. Высказан ряд суждений, направленных на оптимизацию регулирования отношений между различными субъектами. Подчеркивается важность в условиях нестабильности в мире консолидации всех субъектов, действующих в рамках белорусского законодательства. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyses constitutional and legal relations with participation of such subjects as people, nation, state, state bodies (President, All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, Parliament, Constitutional Court) and others. Attention is paid to the problematic issues, which, in the author’s opinion, need to be solved at the level of adoption of legislative acts or formation of law-enforcement practice. A number of judgments aimed at optimizing the regulation of relations between different subjects are expressed. Consolidation of all subjects, acting within the limits of the Belarusian legislation, is emphasized, given the instability in the world. |
