| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу законодательства, конвенций и рекомендаций Международной организации труда, а также доктринальных источников, касающихся развития социального партнерства в Беларуси. Отражена роль государства, профсоюзов и предпринимателей в обеспечении устойчивого развития белорусского общества и государства. Подчеркнуто, что в развитии социального партнерства Беларусь ориентируется на достигнутый уровень социально-экономического развития и дальнейшие перспективы. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of legislation, conventions and recommendations of the International Labor Organization, as well as doctrinal sources concerning the development of social partnership in Belarus. The role of the state, trade unions and entrepreneurs in ensuring sustainable development of the Belarusian society and the state is reflected. It is emphasised that in the development of social partnership Belarus is focused on the achieved level of social and economic development and further prospects. |
