| Abstract: | В статье анализируется история развития авторского права в Европе в период с XV по XIX век. Рассмотрены ключевые этапы формирования авторского права и концепции, повлиявшие на его становление. Сделан вывод о том, что развитие авторского права обусловливается возникновением новых технологий, а также влиянием политических, экономических и культурных факторов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the history of copyright development in Europe in the period from XV to XIX century. The key stages of copyright formation and the concepts that have influenced its formation are considered. It is concluded that the development of copyright is determined by the emergence of new technologies, as well as the influence of political, economic and cultural factors. |
