Abstract:	Наличие человеческого фактора в любой профессиональной деятельности имеет основополагающее значение. Однако, обращаясь к специфике профессиональной деятельности сотрудников органов внутренних дел (далее – ОВД), стоит отметить, что именно морально-психологические особенности службы сотрудников ОВД играют особую роль в реализации концепции повышения профессионализма и эмоциональной устойчивости сотрудников всех уровней системы ОВД. Статья посвящена теоретико-методологическим основаниям исследования психологических особенностей профессиональной деятельности сотрудников ОВД.
Abstract (in another language):	The presence of the human factor in any professional activity is of fundamental importance, however, turning to the specifics of the professional activities of employees of internal affairs bodies (hereinafter – ATS), it is worth noting that it is the moral and psychological characteristics of the service of ATS employees that are of particular importance in implementing the concept of increasing professionalism and emotional stability of employees at all levels of the ATS system. This article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the features of the professional activities of employees of the internal affairs bodies.
