| Abstract: | Рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся правового обеспечения информационной безопасности несовершеннолетних в Евразийском экономическом союзе. Формулируются рекомендации по совершенствованию правового регулирования общественных отношений в сфере информационной безопасности несовершеннолетних в Евразийском экономическом союзе. В частности, предлагается разработать и принять на уровне Евразийского экономического союза концепцию информационной безопасности несовершеннолетних. Делается вывод о том, что не обходимо скоординировать усилия семьи, общества и государства для защиты несовершеннолетних от деструктивной и неправомерной информации, поскольку только совместными усилиями можно достичь положительных результатов в этом весьма важном и непростом деле. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines issues related to legal support for the information security of minors in the Eurasian Eco nomic Union. Recommendations are made to improve the legal regulation of public relations in the field of information security of minors in the Eurasian Economic Union. It is proposed to develop and adopt at the level of the Eurasian Economic Union a concept of information security of minors. It is concluded that it is necessary to coordinate the efforts of the family, socie ty and the state in protecting minors from destructive and illegal information, since only through joint efforts it is possible to get positive results in this very important and difficult matter. |
