| Abstract: | Рассмотрены проблемы правового обеспечения охраны окружающей среды в сельском хозяйстве в контексте климатической повестки. Обоснована необходимость формирования целостного правового механизма адаптации сельского хозяйства к изменению климата и минимизации отрицательного воздействия на окружающую среду в рамках различных отраслей законодательства (об охране окружающей среды, сельском хозяйстве, мелиорации, охране и использовании земель и иных природных ресурсов). Обозначены ключевые проблемы и направления совершенствования законодательства Республики Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the problems of legal support for environmental protection in agriculture in the con text of the climate agenda. The need to form a comprehensive legal mechanism for adapting agriculture to climate change and minimising the negative impact on the environment within the framework of various branches of legislation (on environ mental protection, agriculture, land reclamation, on the protection and use of land and other natural resources) is substantiated. Key problems and areas for improving the legislation of the Republic of Belarus are identified. |
