| Abstract: | В статье проанализировано понятие «качество образования» с точки зрения управления им в условиях цифровой трансформации. Рассмотрены уровни управления системой качества в учреждении высшего образования Республики Беларусь. Автором разработаны дорожная карта мероприятий для возможности преподавателям применять смешанное обучение в образовательном процессе учреждения высшего образования и организационно-функциональная схема применения смешанного обучения при преподавании учебной дисциплины для повышения качества образовательного процесса. Охарактеризована роль преподавателей и развития их профессиональных и социально-личностных компетенций в повышении качества высшего образования в Республике Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the concept of quality of education from the point of view of its management in the context of digital transformation. The levels of quality system management in a higher education institution of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The author has developed a roadmap of activities to enable teachers to use blended learning in the educational process of a higher education institution and an organizational and functional scheme for using blended learning in teaching an academic discipline to improve the quality of the educational process. The article describes the role of teachers and the development of their professional and social-personal competencies in improving the quality of higher education in the Republic of Belarus. |
