| Abstract: | Ставится вопрос о сущности психолого-педагогической компетентности преподавателя медицинского университета, компонентный состав которой обусловливается спецификой деятельности педагогов учреждений высшего образования рассматриваемого профиля. Формулируется определение термина «психолого-педагогическая компетентность», очерчивается круг специфических черт осуществления преподавательской деятельности в медицинском университете. На основании проблем современного высшего медицинского образования предлагается перечень компетенций, обладание которыми может способствовать повышению качества работы профессорско-преподавательского состава медицинского университета. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The question of the essence of psychological and pedagogical competence of a medical university teacher the component composition of which is conditioned by the specificity of the activity of teachers of higher education institutions of the considered profile is raised. The definition of the term «psychological and pedagogical competence» is formulated, the range of specific features of teaching activity in a medical university is outlined. Based on the problems of modern higher medical education, a list of competences is proposed, the possession of which can contribute to the improvement of the quality of work of the teaching staff of a medical university. |
