| Abstract: | Данная статья рассматривает роль эмоционального интеллекта в современном мире трудовых отношений и в процессе обучения иностранному языку, подчеркивая его важность для эффективной коммуникации и преодоления языкового барьера. Рассматриваются основные компоненты эмоционального интеллекта, а также способы его развития у студентов через методические приемы и практические задания. В статье предложены примеры использования различных методов, направленных на развитие эмоционального интеллекта, таких как эмоциональные разминки, ролевые игры, проектная работа и ведение дневника эмоций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the role of emotional intelligence in the modern workplace and in the process of learning a foreign language, highlighting its importance for effective communication and overcoming the language barrier. The present study investigates the main components of emotional intelligence as well as ways of its development in students through methodological techniques and practical assignments. The article provides examples of using various methods aimed at developing emotional intelligence, such as emotional warm-ups, role-playing games, project work, and keeping a diary of emotions. |
