| Abstract: | Разработан генетический паспорт для производителей белуги (Huso huso L.), состоящий из персонального набора аллелей по 7-ми микросателлитным локусам (An20, Afug41, Afug51, Aox23, AoxD161, AoxD165, Spl106), 1-го SNP видоспецифичного для белуги маркера ДНК S6 Ribosomal Protein (RP2S6)), гаплотипа мтДНК, популяционной и хозяйственной принадлежности, возраста, номера чипа (метки), пола особи, даты выдачи паспорта. В приложениях 1 и 2 к генетическому паспорту самки и самца белуги содержатся сведения о величинах весовых, морфометрических, репродуктивных показателей в динамике за ряд лет, а также фото особи в трех проекциях (сбоку, сверху, снизу) |
| Abstract (in another language): | A genetic passport for beluga (Huso huso L.) breeders was designed, it consists of an individual set of alleles by 7 microsatellite loci (An20, Afug41, Afug51, Aox23, AoxD161, AoxD165 and Spl106), the first species-specific SNP marker for beluga (S6 Ribosomal Protein (RP2S6), a mtDNA haplotype, the population and economic affiliation, age, the chip (tag) number, sex of an individual and the date of passport issue. The Appendices 1 and 2 to the genetic passport of the female and male beluga contain information on the values of weight, morphometric and reproductive parameters of female and male beluga in dynamics for over a number of years, as well as a photo of an individual in three projections (side, top and bottom) |
