| Abstract: | В статье описан редкий клинический случай генодерматоза incontinentia pigmenti – синдром Блоха-Сульцбергера. Особенностью этого наблюдения явилось проявление у ребенка из дизиготной двойни характерных кожных высыпаний со дня рождения, эпилептического синдрома и признаков экземы с шестимесячного возраста. Диагноз выставлен с учетом молекулярно-генетического заключения, но не исключает вероятности спорадического варианта выявленной мутации у пациента |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article describes a rare clinical case of genodermatosis incontinentia pigmenti – Bloch-Sulzberger syndrome. The peculiarity of this case is that the newborn dizygotic girl (boy-girl twins) has had skin lesions typical for the syndrome since the day of birth. Epileptic spasms and manifestations of infantile eczema started six months after the birth. The diagnosis of incontinentia pigmenti was detailed with the molecular genetic analysis and does not exclude sporadic type of the revealed mutation |
